Check Your Status

You can view your financial aid and access a variety of information online through UI-Integrate Self-Service. For the most efficient answers to your financial aid questions, you are encouraged to monitor your status on-line through UI-Integrate Self-Service before contacting the Office of Student Financial Aid.  You will find an overview of the type of information that is available on-line through UI-Integrate Self-Service below.

  • My Overall Status of Financial Aid
    • Click on “My Overall Status of Financial Aid” and select the appropriate aid year. 
      • From this menu, you can:
        • View your cost of attendance
        • View holds that have been applied to your account
        • View the amount of financial aid you have been awarded
        • View your academic transcript and your Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
        • View your financial aid history.
  • My Eligibility
    • Click on “Student Requirements" and select the appropriate aid year.
      • From this menu you can:
        • View the status of documents submitted to our office and also check to see if any documents are still outstanding. You will be able to view receipt of faxed documents within three business days and receipt of mailed documents within one week.
        • View your Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
  • My Award Information
    • Click on “My Award Information” and select the appropriate aid year.
      • From this menu you can:
        • View your award payment schedule
        • View your aid by award year

UI-Integrate Self-Service Instructions

Enterprise ID

First-time users must follow the steps below to obtain Enterprise IDs and Enterprise ID passwords before logging in to UI-Integrate Self-Service.

  1. Log in to obtain your Enterprise ID and Enterprise Password
    • Access the Enterprise Password Reset page.
    • Log in using your Campus NetID (in your email address, xxxxxx@uiuc.edu, "xxxxx" is your NetID) and NetID password. All UIUC students are assigned NetIDs and passwords when they are admitted to the University.
  2. Choose a new Enterprise Password
    1. After logging in, choose a new Enterprise password following the criteria outlined on the Enterprise Password Reset page (see link above).
